That footage is fake. It's part of the Power Aid ad campaign where the shots of various famous athletes are doctored up. They had one of Michael Vick throwing a football out of a stadium last year. Besides that, no one on earth can possibly have wrists that strong.

Anyway ... just in case you might not have been aware ... there it is
